KCON, a global K-Pop festival featuring performances and panels, will be returning to Los Angeles in July at the Crypto.com Arena, L.A. Convention Center, and Gilbert Lindsay Plaza in DTLA. The event will once again bring together popular K-pop groups for local fans to enjoy.
The lineup for the festival was officially announced by CJ ENM, with acts like Enhypen, SHINee’s Taemin, NMIXX, and P1Harmony set to participate. CJ ENM’s head of music entertainment, Harry H.K. Shin, expressed excitement about the event’s growth and momentum, especially with returning title sponsor Samsung Galaxy.
KCON plans to utilize four stages this year, including M Countdown, KCON stage, meet and greet, and showcase to introduce L.A. fans to rookie acts. The roster features 25 artists across the stages, with more to be announced in the upcoming weeks.
While many of the groups have performed at the L.A. festival before, there are some newcomers for 2024, such as God and I-Land 2. Enhypen, who will also be attending, was formed through the show’s first season, I-Land.
KCON is scheduled to take place from July 26-28. Presale tickets will be available starting on Friday, June 7, at 4 p.m. PT, with general on-sale beginning on Monday, June 10, at 4 p.m. PT.
